An Iceland experiencing about more than 20 hours of daylight defines Antarctica. In whichever place you look around, you can only see spotless white snow covering the whole land. If you think that you can see varied kinds of animals over here then you are wrong. Getting adjusted with this chilled weather is difficult for animals living in forests or desert to bear with. So, only certain kinds of animals can be seen in this land.

List of animals –

Weddell Seal – It is one of the popular animals of Antarctica. These seals live in far most south of Antarctica, away from other mammals. These animals usually stay under the sea that is covered by thin layers of ice. They come up only through the crack that appears on the layer to inhale fresh air to breadth. If you study their characteristics, you will know that these animals are usually friendly towards humans. Another unique feature is their body color changes from blue-black color to silver-grey as they grow up.
